Ujian Simulasi provides psychometric test simulation services designed to help users prepare for the SPA (Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam) psychometric assessments. Our Services include:

• Online psychometric test simulations
• Personality profile analysis and reports
• Consistency scoring and feedback
• Practice questions and answer explanations

Our simulations are for practice and educational purposes only and do not guarantee success in actual SPA examinations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Packages and Pricing

We offer various subscription packages with different features and pricing:

• Starter Package (RM15): 1 simulation set, 200 questions, 1-year access
• Advance Package (RM40): 5 simulation sets, 1,000 questions, 1-year access
• Ultimate Package (RM60): 10 simulation sets, 2,000 questions, 1-year access, priority support

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions.

5. Payment Terms

By purchasing a package, you agree to the following:

• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment providers
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase
• Access to Services will be granted immediately upon successful payment

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• You must not have started or completed any simulation tests
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

7. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our test content
• Use automated tools or bots to access our Services
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
• Resell or commercially exploit our content without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform, including but not limited to:

• Test questions and answers
• Analysis algorithms and methodologies
• Website design, graphics, and logos
• Text, images, and multimedia content

are owned by or licensed to Ujian Simulasi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of test simulations
• Your success in actual SPA examinations
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our Services
• The security of data transmitted through our platform

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ujian Simulasi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services
• Any conduct or content of third parties on our platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue providing our Services

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
